Votings are a crucial part of a kpop stan life. Several korean awards are granted to artists with the help of votings (along with some other criteria), meaning that fandoms who are able to prepare in advance have greater chances to achieve their goals.Votings require time (to collect and vote, specially if you have multiple accounts), perseverance (to keep participaticipating in votings despite the odds) and teamwork (with good communication we can organize and come up with strategies to get better results, and keep motivating each other).That said, in Kpop we have essentially three types of votings:• Votings for Music Shows

Music shows are tv programs broadcasted by the largest broadcasting companies of South Korea. There, artists can perform to promote their music, and be eligible to receive a “win” if they attend some criteria.Getting “wins” on Music Shows is important especially for idols because it gives them more visibility and recognition within the kpop industry.Currently there are six music shows:The Show (SBS MTV),

About the app
MUBEAT is mainly used for Music Core and Music bank votings and regular polls offering miscellaneous rewards. Sometimes it’s used for some year-end award shows as well.The main currency is **Heart Beats **which does expire after 3 months (90 days). Therefore, it's best not to collect on this app until a comeback is rumored to be near.
Registration
There are five signup options for MUBEAT: Apple (if you’re using an iOS) Facebook, Twitter, Google, and standard email registration.
There are no email restrictions when using the quick signup options, which means a Facebook and Twitter account can both be used, even if they use the same email.
Although you can register multiple accounts with the same device, you’re only allowed to collect with around 6 accounts (may vary) per device - therefore, to be able to use more accounts, emulators or multiple devices are needed.
Currencies
There are three different voting currencies on MUBEAT: Heart Beats, Voting Tickets and Star Beats.
Heart Beat
It’s the currency used for both pre-voting (Music Core and Music Bank) and live-voting (only Music Core, by exchanging it for Voting Tickets), as well as for some polls. It’s only obtainable through daily ads, missions, and quizzes, and it expires 3 months after its acquisition.Voting Ticket
Music Core Voting Ticket it’s the currency used during live-votings, and can be acquired by exchanging Heart Beats, or by purchase. It expires 30 days after its acquisition, so do not rush to get them.Star Beat
It’s the currency mainly used for ad projects and sometimes for polls, only obtainable through purchase. It doesn’t expire, but please, DO NOT BUY it, since Heart Beats and Star Beats are not equivalents.
Collecting Votes

OBSERVATIONS:
ADS LIMITATION: Each device is limited to 100 ads per day. That means a single device can watch a full 15 ads on at most six accounts (90 ads). It's best to stick with 5-6 accounts per device since there are often errors when watching ads.
VOTING TICKETS LIMITATION: Each account is limited to 5 Voting Tickets.
TAKING QUIZZES: quizzes are limited per device, which means even if you have multiple accounts, you won’t be able to take the same quiz with all your accounts. You can find the answers for quizzes here: @MubeatQuiz, but BE CAREFUL while taking them because not only Mubeat shuffles the questions AND the options, you also have a limited amount of time to answer.
EXPIRING HEART BEATS: You can keep track of expiring Heart Beats, by visiting the BEATS tab on your profile page. Expiring Heart Beats should be offloaded if they can't survive until the comeback, if possible. The options are on a poll or ad project. However, it can be quite rare to find one of the girls or group for these options
Voting
Voting on Mubeat is quite simple. The only thing we strongly recommend is to check the strategy with fanbases, BEFORE dropping your votes. Thats because it's not always best to vote right away, so we always vote according to our projections - depending on the projections, it may be better to place 2nd or 3rd for the pre-vote for one week and go for 1st the next, for example.
Music Bank Pre-Voting
From MONDAY 11AM KST to WEDNESDAY 11 AM KST;
Voting is unlimited - each vote costs 3 Heart Beats;
There is a USE ALL option when voting. The other option is to manually increment to the desired amount.
Although MUSIC BANK doesn’t have live voting, remember that MUSIC CORE HAS. So BEFORE casting your votes here, MAKE SURE you have already exchanged your Voting Tickets for MUSIC CORE, OR save enough Heart Beats to exchange them later. You’ll need 150 Heart Beats for that.
Music Core Pre-Voting
From TUESDAY 6PM KST to THURSDAY 11 AM KST;
Voting is unlimited - each vote costs 3 Heart Beats;
There is a USE ALL option when voting. The other option is to manually increment to the desired amount.
BEFORE voting, MAKE SURE you have already exchanged your Voting Tickets, OR save enough Heart Beats to exchange them later. You’ll need 150 Heart Beats for that.
Music Core Live-voting
During Music Core broadcast - every SATURDAY, from ~3:30 PM KST to ~4:30 PM KST;
Only the top three eligible artists/groups are nominated and part of the live vote.
Allows only 5 votes per account, using Music Core Voting Tickets.

IDOLCHAMP is mainly used for Show Champion votings and for regular polls offering miscellaneous rewards. Sometimes, it’s used for some year-end awards as well.IDOLCHAMP has a system where you get perks according to your level - the higher, the better -, so it’s highly recommended to actively collect on it.
Registration

Stars are a separate currency only used for Star Donation, and also do not expire.
Chamsim is the primary voting currency used in IDOLCHAMP, therefore it's important to collect both each day since the amount is limited and small, as you’ll see in the next section.

OBSERVATIONS:
GETTING 30 LIKES: During a comeback, as soon as the new day goes live, our voting community will provide a daily post with instructions to help Neverlands posts get 30 likes. You should be able to find it by sorting by Popular or Level.
TAKING QUIZZES: Unless they're about to expire, AVOID taking quizzes. Since TIME Chamsims 💙 expire every month, and as we'll need them for Show Champion, it's better to save quizzes for the comeback season. You can find the answers here: @onlyquizanswers
MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS: You can collect with only 1 account per device. To collect with multiple accounts you have to: 1) use other devices, or 2) use emulators.
Voting
IDOLCHAMP offers several polls, each one demands a type and amount of Chamsims, and you can check this information right below the poll’s title.The number of votes allowed is easy to understand (unlimited, 300 votes, 3 votes, etc). What you must pay attention to is the icon that follows these numbers, cause it’s what signals which Chamsims should be used as currency in the voting:
ONLY RUBY: As the name implies, it means the voting only accepts RUBYs as currency.
MIXED CHAMSIM: It means the voting accepts both RUBY and TIME Chamsims - and in this case, TIME Chamsins will be automatically deducted first from your savings.
ONLY BLUE: It means the voting accepts only TIME Chamsims (it’s very uncommon, but it can happen).
However, apart from the Show Champion voting, we don’t need to delve into the others that much.
Voting on Show Champion
From FRIDAY 12AM KST to MONDAY 2PM KST (4 days of voting)
The first and last days are for less than 24 hours. Those with multiple accounts may need to wake up earlier or stay up later to vote on all accounts.
The currency is MIXED CHAMSIMS, meaning both RUBY and TIME Chamsims are allowed, and that TIME Chamsims will be spent first.
300 votes per day, per account, is allowed - each vote costs 3 Chamsim.
You can vote with only 1 account per device. To vote with more accounts, you can: 1) use other devices, or 2) use emulators.
There is no vote-all option, so the 300 votes have to be cast manually. IDOLCHAMP swaps the place of the competitors when they surpass each other, so be extra careful when the poll is close to not vote for another group.
These are the amounts you will need to vote for:
One day: 300 Chamsim
One week (4 days): 1,200 Chamsim
Two weeks (8 days): 2,400 Chamsim
and so on…
Star Donation
Star Donation is similar to ad fundraising on IDOLCHAMP. Users can donate to try and reach a set goal, but the difference is that the target for Star Donation is uncapped, even though there’s a 500k mark.Star Donation only opens up for artists/groups that are having a comeback, and there are only two winners for each batch of Star Giving. The two artists/groups that use the most Stars are selected, and both winners will get donations made to the Korea Animal Right Advocate (KARA) using their names.Star Donation is difficult to win. Although using Stars (in multiples of 5) yields Ruby Chamsim, it's best to save them until there's a real opportunity of winning.

What will you find in this guide:
MNET PLUS is an app created by Mnet, where fans can vote for MCountdown pre-voting and live-voting. There you can also watch MCountdown’s live broadcast and interact with the published content. They also have a website, MnetPlus.World, where you can do everything you can do in the app.
Registration
Since MnetPlus.World it’s completely unrelated to the former voting website, everyone has to create new accounts to be able to vote;
Currently the only registration method is through email, which is needed to get a 6-digit code to complete the registration process;
There’s a limit to the number of accounts you can make in a short period, similar to the Gmail system, so it's best to register as many accounts as possible before voting opens.
It doesn’t matter how you create your account - if via website or via app -, you can login with it on both platforms.
Voting
Voting for MCountdown is relatively simple, since you’re not obligated to download the voting app and you don’t need to collect votes. All efforts revolve around creating multiple accounts and voting. Unfortunately, MNET has made it more difficult to vote with multiple accounts, so using VPN is the best way to bypass these restrictions.There are two voting periods during the week:

You can vote with only 1 account per device. To vote with more accounts, you can: 1) use other devices, or 2) use emulators.
There is no vote-all option, so you'll have to cast each vote separately.

About the app
STAR PLANET is the place where The Show voting takes place. It includes both the pre-vote and live vote.STAR PLANET is the most difficult app to collect on because of the limited ways to collect Heart Jelly and because Heart Jelly expires in the middle of the month. It is often required to purchase Jelly to be able to full vote.
Registration
There are currently four different registration methods for STAR PLANET. These include Google, KakaoTalk, Ifree (former PASSIKEY), and Apple.
There’s no restriction per device to create accounts, nor to collect.
New accounts can receive 100 Heart Jelly upon registration.
Currencies
There are two different currencies on STAR PLANET, Heart Jelly and Star Jelly:Heart Jelly
It’s the currency used for both pre-voting and live-voting. It’s obtainable through daily ads, missions and conversion of Star Jelly. Expires on the 16th of each month at 4AM (KST).Star Jelly

Not always we’re gonna commit with The Show pre-voting, that’s because pre-vote is only 5% of the overall criteria, while the live vote is worth 10%, so before spending your votes, always check the strategy with fanbases first.
